How long should a MS thesis be?

My thesis without extra pages like table of contents, title, bibliography, etc. is about 45 pages. Is this about right? This will be for an MS degree in electrical engineering.

It is not the length but the content that is important. Mine was about 89 pages plus graphs and figures. 45 pages seems to be a little low, unless you have increditable communication skill that can describe a complex topic with very few words.
