My boyfriend gives me no reason to be jealous or insecure. He tells me all of the time how happy he is. I am not generally a jealous person, I am just so happy to have finally found someone so special that I am scared to lose him.
How do I get over these feelings?

I used to have the same problem...I guess its that no matter how hard you try there will always be at least a little bit of jealousy...i guess its normal in a way...But then again if he hasnt given you any reason to be jealous why even worry...See with me i have reasons but im getting over them already...

Having insecurities and jealousy in a relationship can be very bad and out of shape. Your boyfriend isn't giving you any reasons on why you feel jealous and insecure! Besides, you should trust your boyfriend even more, because if there isn't any trust within the relationship, then how else can you cope with these kind of feelings? Talk to your boyfriend about how you feel, so the both of you can have a loving a satisfying relationship! Good luck!

Communication AND self love. In my opinion jealousy and insecurities come from insecurities YOU have within yourself. So talk WITH him about thing have concerns with and build a trust with him.
