tu madre

When you say "Your" it has 2 meanings in spanish, and are TU, and SU

You use TU when you know well the person and have confidence with him / her.

You use SU, when a person is a bit old or you dont know him / her well.
About the word MOM, the spanish translation is MAMÁ

So you can say......
TU mamá....or SU mamá

If someone translated Mom as Madre, is not correct.

MADRE is the spanish word for MOTHER

All the above answers are fine.
Tu mamá is the usual way to say this.
Tu madre is an insult, especially in Mexico.
In Mexico you may also hear "tu jefa".
I heard this used in a TV show on Univisión once.

Tu mama o su mama. But if you are attempting to respond to an insult you would actually say: Su abuela. This literally means "your grandmother," but it is used to reply to an insult in Spanish.

Depends on the situation. If your are having a respectable conversation then you would say tu mama or if speaking to an adult, you would say su mama. If you are kind of being rude or vulgar then you might say tu madre.
