Unfortunatelly the only way is to use high heels. Ther's no medication or treatment for increasing your height once grown up.

You can't. There is nothing in this world that will change a person's height once they are done growing, which you are at 25.

The best way to stop confusion about your age is to dress more sophisticated. Create the illusion of height, and maturity, with your clothing.
1. Wear heels as often as possible. Not only will they add a couple of inches, they also make you look more like an adult, and less like a child. Even when not in heels, look for elongated toes for a longer leg line. Avoid square and rounded toes that will shorten your legs. They are also a more youthful style, which can make even a modern suit look childish.
2. Pinstripes, vertical lines, and patterns will also help you look taller. Avoid horizontal lines and patterns which shorten you.
3. Clothing should be well tailored, i.e. fit close to the body without being too tight or too loose, for a more grown up look.
4. Skirts and dresses should be slightly above the knee, not too short or too long.
5. Jeans and pants should sit right below the waist.
6. Avoid shopping in the Juniors or children's departments just because you have a hard time finding your size. The styles are specifically designed for a young girl, not an adult. If the Petite's section is still too long, take it to a tailor or seamstress to have hems shortened.

When you look like an adult, people won't see you for anything but one.

At this age, there is nothing except very painful surgery. They put rods in your legs with screws on both sides and you have to turn the screws every day for a couple of inches, which REALLY hurts. So, just accept yourself the way you are, and when you have children, before they reach 12, ask their physician for growth hormones. Children usually start taking it when they're 7 and stop at 12. So when their puberty kicks in, they grow even taller than they were going to initially.

Sorry, but that is the case. I'm 20 yrs old and 5'5" (with heels 5'7" yaay). I feel short sometimes too, but you have to understand that through generations, average human height keeps increasing. Love yourelf the way you are and don't pay attention to height. :-)

I'm short, too, even though both my parents have good heights. But, hey, we're girls, aren't we? Guys like petite girls very much. Guys as tall as 6"3" find petite girls as myself who is 5"1" very cute. Yes, sometimes, even I wish I were taller, but I would never trade my other things for anything else in the world. I have good looks, and most girls are envious about that. I also have a friendly attitude towards everyone, hence those girls can't resist me either. Oh, and by the way, darling, I'm 22.

The extreme way is to go for leg lenthening surgery. They cut your shin bone in 2-3 places and stretch them with stainless steel clamps. The bone will grow in between the cut gaps and that takes about a year. About 4-5 inches can be added this way. It costs alot too.

Just be happy the way you are.Get into heels and there you go.I had a very tall lady friend who was jealous of my 5'4" height. She says she wished she was shorter so that she could put on high heels shoes. It is understandable because you could notice her height as outstanding when she's in high heels. She now embraces herself to enjoy wearing flats. In every situation, someone's might be worst than yours.

well there is a drastic surgery that stretches your legs over a period of a few years. but most ethical drs won't perform it. you could try to see if you can get a script for growth hormone, but you will probly run into an ethical dilema with that as well, and it may not even work at your age. basicly, your best bet is to love and accept yourself the way you are.

If you're at least 4'10" then you won't have any problems in life that you don't put upon yourself.

There are some great guys out there who are 5'2" to 5'6" who are looking for a girl just your size. Petite is cute.
Accept yourself and be the best you that you can be.

Try seeing a chiropractor or naprapath. If your spine is compacted they will lengthen it by increasing the gap between your vertebrae. I gained 3/4 of an inch after getting my spine adjusted and tractioned.
