British Council sounds like the best, there are likely to be lots of small places offering English classes but I wouldn't recommend them. Try and see if any colleges/univs offer adult education classes.

Talk in English as much as you can with people who speak it well, and yours will begin to improve - also watch more English programmes on TV (I recommend the news in English or BBC) so you can pick up the nuances of the language. Try reading more English books - not the heavy ones but maybe children's classics in which the language will be lighter but the stories still interesting.

EXCEL academy/ Brilliants and simple thing is read english daily in morning loudly. not down important words in a note book know their meaning. Atleast for Five words everyday and regularly.

this book help me improve my english to next level

I think u have to join British council for improoving ur english,
british councl is best for u its new batch will be start from 2nd january so u have to contact them for ur english
