I have been on both sides of the coin. Girls are scared to say it for fear they will scare off guys, guys are scared for fear the girl doesnt feel the same way. No easy answer, just go for it.

...I can't be angry with them although I may be hurt, since I really wanted to hear them say it back but it will be better if I let them say it when they truly mean every word.
