Trying to loose weight and excersize like crazy. Loosing weight I figure if I'm down on food during diest or fast if it can be ok or made up at a buffet say every ten days or 21 ? It seems like it wouldn't work stomach stretching wise,; yet seems like a reasonable comprimise plus that urge can be put off and controled, minimal '""""``splurging. Acuallyifitis not possible shoot I know I'm going to do so anyway, maybe I'm wrong. I wanted to ask this in case if it is a good reasonable thing to do maybe people could try it if they hadn't thought of it before.
Also I was wondering if buffet setting and getting out to eat does that encourage or discourage eating, more or less, or no effect?

It doesn't work that way...you need to eat a low carb, low cal healthy meal combined with exercise.

Be careful how you diet. If you cut too many calories you will tell your body that your are starving to death and it will slow your metabolism down. Don't overdo the excercise either. Once you stop the diet and/or the excercise you could gain the weight back plus 5lbs insurance weight each time you diet. I spent most of my 20s on yo-yo diets and ended up weighing 220lbs after my back went out and I couldn't excercise anymore. I no longer diet, but I have changed my eating style (more veggies, less fried foods) and I walk more. I still eat lots of carbs. I've just substituted rice for pasta most days. Don't diet so much that you end up feeling unhealthy. I am healthier now at 180lbs than I ever was at 120lbs. I'm no longer anemic, my joints don't hurt, I have better stamina on the dance floor, and I enjoy my life now because I'm NOT counting every calorie I eat. Also, make sure you're taking a good multi-vitamin. You have to make sure you get enough calcium or your kidneys will take it from your bones and you'll end up with osteoporsis when you're old.

I would cut out the buffets down to no more than once a month or every two months. Maybe as a special treat when you reach a weight loss goal. Maybe set a goal to lose 10 pounds and when you get there treat yourself. It gives you something to look forward to, but stick to foods on the buffet that are not as fattening, like salads, soups, etc.

You can do a lot of damage calorie-wise at a buffet, especially if you have the mindset that you're rewarding yourself and won't do it again for 30 days.

If you really need to do this, I'd limit it once a month.

Be careful about "eat right" the other days. People have varying ideas of what "right" is and many menus I see won't provide appreciable weight loss of any type.

i'm a male so our metabolism is diffrent, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that reducing energy and including exercising will certainly provide help to shed some weight. i think of the biggest subject with people attempting to shed pounds is they think of that's going to be in one day. people see an infomercial with the in the previous and after outcomes, purchase the product then dont get that physique in each week so as that they provide up, or lose all motivation because of the fact in each week there are little or no outcomes. the only element approximately your plan is which you're a human and you have needs and needs. reducing your calorie intake is troublesome considering you may watch each thing you intake. purely submit to in innovations there are no longer any shortcuts to dropping weight (that are healthful) you desire to to devise to take an off day which you will indulge and go over a tiny bit. yet a stable rule of thumb on what share energy a individual needs is energy/day divided with the aid of 10. So at 1200 energy that's what a individual who weighs a hundred and twenty will choose for accepted daily power. purely including exercising into your daily ordinary will help. it is not how briskly you get on your objective, that's sluggish and secure wins this race. you won't manage to be deadset in this actual plan because of the fact all people has to indulge at times! i think of you will do effective, purely save an excellent attitude and don't provide up!

The best thing to do if you like to indulge regularly (like at a buffet) is eating cleaning (extremely clean no exceptions) & excersie 5-6 times per week then one day a week you can have a cheat day where anything goes. If you are overweight I would wait until you are down to a healthy weight to begin a healthy clean diet that includes one cheat day per week.

Check out "Clean Eating" http://www.healthstatus.com/articles/Eating-a-Clean-Diet-for-Permanent-Weight-Loss.html

This is more of a general guideling for beginning to eat clean. If your looking to sculp and tone or build muscle you need to check out something more along the lines of bodybuilding "clean eating" which consists of measuring ect.

hope this helps...
