I have a long haird black and white cat called Mobi!
he is so lush, I really love him, I talk to him all the time and we cuddle and he has brushes, every whim of his is catered for!
My Partner laughs at me and says I am weird because I love my cat so much!
I often say that I would rater be without my partner than my mobi!
AM I ALONE IN FEELING SO MUCH FOR MY GORGEOUS BABY BOY ? (Baring in mind I am male)

well cats can be so cuddly and nice and make you feel protected with their lovely warm furiness...and Mobi sounds sweet! although you are male, so maybe you should tone it down a bit...lol...other men will mock you for it but women might think it's cute. be careful though, i hate to say this and if you don't want to be depressed don't read the next line...
cats, like people and all creatures, do not live forever. mobi will, someday and hopefully in a long time, die.
im sorry for saying this but the trouble with being so attached to a pet is that you'll be heartbroken when the end comes...i don't know what i will do when my babies chili and guindi die...
you are a bit weird, but that can often be a good thing.

I know lots and lots of people who prefer animals to people. For a start animals cant talk back at you and be horrible.
Its nice to know that there is someone else in the world who doesnt abuse or hurt animals and loves them for the beatiful creatures that they are.

thats not weird - just really adorable!!!! your cat is one lucky animal!! Animals are sometimes the best friends - they just stand there - never argue back - never lie or do anything deceitful! I have two slightly bigger pets in the shape of horses - but treat them just like you treat your cat! Keep up the good work! xx

uh, yeah.
I like my dog, but their are things that my man can give me that my dog can't.
Unless you are into bestiality, you need to make friendly with your mate, or all you will have in the end is your cat.
Perfectly normal to love and admire your pet, but what you are saying is borderline.

no u r not. coz i m also like u i like my parrots so much i keep on talking to dem and playing wid them . my parents say dat ur family is ur parrots. they talk too . hehehe loving ur pet is such a swet thing. theres nuthing wrong but sumtimes i think dat pets are not 4ver they hav 2 die. i just cant bear it. what wud i do? dats why i am also trying to get out of this much attachment wid pets coz it will urt us 1 day.

Slightly weird yes but possibly not as weird as me! Me and my boyfriend have a little black cat and he is our baby!! We refer to each other as mummy and daddy when talking to him and recently we spent £80 on a "cat gym"!

No, you are not. we seem to have a lot in common...i have a cat too and i think you would get very attached to them ...sometimes more than a human because cats always seem to look for affection.

you are not a weirdo because lots of people do the same things that you do. if you love the cat then you should show it attention and pamper it. in my opinion do what you think is right and not care what others say about you even your partner.
