it is warm....deep and sensual
it takes time but will hit the flavour spot....
there are a variety of risottos you can make
pick one you like - i love the mushroom ones which use wild and dried and regular mushrooms and parsely and vermouth and lemon juice! Fresh ingredients, sea salt , fresh ground pepper and all your love and care are key to making it a romanitic dinner.
