I wouldn't recommend it because when you perm your hair, it already has a lot of chemicals in it and the dye, since it has ammonia, can break your hair off....I recommend that you use a rinse so that there won't be no damage to your hair since you have a perm.

no! u should wait atleast two weeks to dye ur hair after a perm. unless u wanna see ur hair do a whirlpool down tha drain like mine. scary!
