Why would you get money from the military if you never served? You only get payment if you actually serve.
If you are a dependent of someone who served and think you are entitled to money, then by all means, call your Congressman or Senator and speak with their military case worker. That is what they are there for.

IF you have not served, and have no connection to the Military, then there is nothing there for you -- no matter what you try.
