I fancy a girl that I work with. Shes absolutly gorgeous and I cant get her out of my head because shes so nice. When I go and chat to her she sweeps her hair back and is really flirty with me. Im afraid of asking her out incase she says no or that she has a boyfriend. Im a reasonable looking guy and shes gorgeous and that might effect what she thinks. What should i do?

Next time you talk to her ask an open question like if she has any big plans for the weekend. That kind of question can be a lead up to asking someone out on a date, and she will probably realize that. So then you should get some answers from her response. If she has a boyfriend she will probably mention doing something with him. If she is not interested she will probably say she as a lot going on or is very busy. If she is interested she will probably say not a lot and leave you an opening to ask her out. You can judge by her response whether she is interested or not and go from there.

you need to be careful - as if you ask her and she rejects you it might be very embarrassing for you for a while after.
Ideal situation is if you get to go to an xmas party or a work night out where you can see if she still acts the same way outside office hours.
Or a safe bet is maybe some lunch time just mention that you're going out for something to eat and if she has no plans would she like to join you - keep the invite simple and casual - if she agrees - you can probe her for more personal information about if she has a boyfriend etc. Good luck! xx

There is no shame in trying. She might actually respect the fact that you asked her, even if she does have a boyfriend. She ask he is she has a boyfriend, if she says no, your in the clear. watch out though, because work relationship can get tough. I used to have one. we broke up and i found a new job.

Go to same place she goes to at weekend accidentally and get talking to her there with a few drinks. Then you'll just know if she is into you or not.
Have lunch with her at lunch in work etc to get chatting.
Or:
Just ask her if she fancies going out sometime

well if she's flirting with you and everything, you probably have a chance, and she might be wishing you to just aks her out so the best thing to do is go for it, not a too serious date, try just a "want to have dinner with me?" or something simple like that, and if it works well you guys will be going out more often and voila :)

u just have to ask, u may be pleasantly surprised...
and even if she has a bf, you can still be her friend..because friends sometimes have the luck of turning into more...
