How do you record thru Comcast?

On my screen menu I see an option for recording. How do I do it?

They're all copy righted, some are under license. Go to a free sight, such as limewire. You can't rip or burn directly, but you can download, create playlist and burn.

comcast recordings are copywrited and are not set up for copying. You will need to install a 3rd party video recording software, that will capture your screen.
