YUP!. a warrant will be issued and he will be arrested if stopped by the cops. He will not be able to renew his license tags, or renew his driver license until it is settled. He will also lose any income tax refund due him.

Tell him to take care of it.

The longer he waits, the more it will cost.

We are told to pray without ceasing. When we do that we are more in touch with those around us, because we pray for them. There is no reason that anything should happen to you. Many, many people pray on and off throughout the day. I'm one of them... When I walk into a classroom, when I'm helping students, when I visit the sick, when someone calls with a problem, they all become part of my prayers each day. There is no such thing as praying too much.

You bet! It's way cheaper to pay the toll than it is to pay the ticket or risk getting arrested. Either way, he'll also get points on his license.

Yes, and when he is caught the officer and judge will go harder on your friend. Pay the fine and next time don't run it :)
