Well for one be staright up with the guy you lied to, and he shouldnt not ant to be with b/c of past expeiernces what matters is now and if that bothers him then hes shallow. Two do you hate the guy because you slept with him or what? I dont understand. But id you hated him and slept with him maybee you where trying to proove something, and its not nessisarily bad but its not good eather.
