All ILLEGAL ALIENS Should Be Deported Upon Discovery

They Can Get A VISA From The Nation They Are A Citizen In
And Enter The Country In An Orderly And Legal Fashion
Just Like Every Immigrant Does

Why Should We Reward Lawbreakers In ANY WAY ??

No it is not right. They have been in the US illegally and should not be given any permits.

It does not matter if they have been here illegally 5 minutes, 5 months or 5 years -- illegal is illegal!! So if I shoplift everyday for 5 years does that make it right??? Nope.

I know they want to come to the US to have a better life and I have no problem with that IF they 1) learn to speak English, 2) adapt to the American way of life and 3) become a US Citizen!!

No, I don't believe they should be given any kind of representative paperwork unless they're a registered LEGAL immigrant.

If they're illegal, they're illegal...and in turn not legally subject to a single American right of passage, or right of citizenship.

It's really that simple, they're aliens on foreign soil...I don't see how there is any real room for discussion on this topic.

Let's use this as an example, if I as an American illegally entered another nations soil as an alien and set up shop there....I would not have the rights given to their nationals. Simply because, I would not be their citizen. It's quite simply that black and white, that cut and dry. There's no grey area...if you're illegal in ANY country, you're a pariah looking to gain rights that DO NOT belong to you as far as the laws of that nation are concerned.

The same applies here...but sadly, our government is entirely too soft.

No. Every illegal should be deported. But, the ones that lived here for years, stayed out of trouble, and worked, should be immediately given legal permission to enter and live in the US. But, they need to do it correctly. The best part of getting rid of the illegals is that we could then allow in millions of LEGAL immigrants.

Do you think its ok to excuse a person, that assaulted another person, from prosecution because its been awhile since they did it? No its not right to circumvent the law. They are illegal and have no legal rights to be in this nation.I see everyday where some criminal wanted for crimes they committed years ago ,being arrested for that crime.I don't think there is a statute of limitations on illegal entry into the USA.So my answer is no.
And only a very few pay income taxes, all pay sales tax but only a small percentage pay taxes.

No. That would be giving a reward to the people who have been breaking the law the longest. And they are not immigrants. They are criminal migrants. An immigrant is someone who enters this country LEGALLY.

No......just because you got away with a crime for a longer period of time shouldn't get you rewarded. That's like giving an exclusive pass to drive at whatever speed you want since you've successfully speeded to work for a few years and didn't get caught.

Only if they have paid back all that they have sponged off the taxpayers in full and if they want to show good grace, with interest, but they need to "earn" it. I have no problem with people coming from other countries to better themselves, but they have to pay their own dues, and not from my taxes, that should be reserved and made accountable for "legal", people in need.

nope.. do you think it's right to let someone off after they robbed a bank because they have never been in trouble before... people act like what they do is not that serious.. it is very serious.. they have violated our security, they have stayed under the radar again violating our security, and have defied our laws. Our security and laws are what keeps us safe from our enemies, and keeps us the country we are today.... it is very serious and needs to be delt with appropriately... deportation
