hello,
I live in France since almost 2 years now,my problem is that I am beginning to forget the english language because I barely use it here.
anyway I hope you can help me or even give me an idea about what should I do.
note:I have no time to chat on the net

well, if the English is ur mother language it's impossible that u r beginning to forget it in 2 years.

No time to chat on the net....
Hope you have time to read English books or listen to English news.
Better still, find an English speaking French lady, or any English speaking lady or an English speaking English lady.
You could return to England.

u are forgeting english
no problem lady
i know you have to talk french in france to interact with people.
but in your home there is no restriction
you can do voice chat in english
you can talk to your self in english in lonely hours
you can sing in english
so that no body would consider you mad.
you can write english.
make any english friend over there.
read little bit english books so that you may not forget english.

Keep the tv on in english channels all the time u are at home.
BBC......CNN , etc would help you.
Keep and english novel in ur hand bag to read while you are in the train or in the bus.
Keep cd's in english with you and try to listen at them as much as you can.
Finally........in spite of someone think that you are crazy, talk to yourself in english, or write letters to imaginary friends. That will help you to remember how to write also.

What about a boy-friend just english speaking ??
I don't know in which side of France you're living but for sure you can find the one who suit you over there....!!

Keep yourself, as much as possible, immersed in the english language. Listen to english music, read books written in english, keep a french/english book on-hand. As long as you can still listen to it or expose yourself to it, you should be okay!

You should start buying english books, listen to english music or even try to find newspapers in english and listen to english news... good luck!
