Break off contact with him for a while, maybe like two weeks or something, see what happens.

If he doesn't want to get together with you as more than a mate, then that's his problem. No harm in staying mates, but don't get too caught up in him that you forget about doing other things and getting on with your life.

Maybe he'll find out what he really wants, but in the meantime, you get on with doing what you want to do. Don't wait around on hold while he makes up his mind, might take forever.

Stand back a bit. Stop mailing and texting all together and see what he does. That usually a good way of judging what people want and how they feel. If he doesn't get in touch with you, then you know he's not interested and obviously not a great friend either. If he texts or emails you and seems concerned you haven't contacted him, then you know theres potential there. How concerned he is will let you know whether he's just interested in you as a friend or as something more. its sneaky but sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind! Good luck!

no your not being stupid at all. sometimes u have to chase what you want if your interested. but as far as him answering what he wants... he might have found someone else or is just giving up on your possible "relationship" because he doesnt see you anymore. maby hes just got his hopes down just try to meet up again some time some place and see how that works out. e mail me about what happens! good luck

whew..boys are trouble! you need to talk to him about these texts and emails that he isn't replying to. tell him that ya'll dont have to be anything more than friends...tell him you dont want to lose him as a friend either. i'd let the situation rest & see how he reacts. thats how you can tell whether he cares about you or not.

Leave it a bit see what he does. Never make it too easy for men. Also, boys are so much trouble as most women don't like nice men - I am led to believe it is due to them reminding them too much of their father.

maybe he has got a girl friend who is a bit jealous. just sit back a bit see how it goes. if your just mates dont worry too much and when he contacts you tell him your no getting heavy but friends stay in touch, and explain how you felt and maybe he will be more considerate next time.
good luck

I don't think this guy is interested in getting into a relationship right now. Right now I think he just wants to be friends and you should just leave it at that.

Tell him how his behaviour makes you feel and if he can't respect that he's upsetting you and makes and effort to resolve it then he's not worth the bother - my advice if this turns out to be the case - trade him in for a man :-)
