Doubtful ... the leaders will have their killing done for them anyway .... just like now.

I don't think anything could make them understand things differently. They cannot think outside of the box. They look at 1 snapshot of life and say there is no evolution without thinking about all of the changes surrounding it. They say there is micro-evolution but no macro-evolution. How much genetic drift does it take before you start calling it macro? If you gave them a million $1s they would just say they have a few bucks. I'd say they are a millionaire.
