Read this verse first...

John 18:36 Jesus said, My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jews. But now my kingdom is from another place. 37 You are a king, then! said Pilate. Jesus answered, You are right in saying I am a king. In fact, for this reason I was born, and for this I came into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.
-------------------
He told that to Pilate so that the Romans did not interfere and in order that the Roman did not catch him.

Isn't that a fact that the father of Judas iskariot is an insurgent leader who was crucified till death, and Judas himself is a captive by the Romans.

So, if Jesus admitted that he was a King as accussed by Farisi, then his disciples will be in danger. Therefore Jesus was being diplomatic by saying that his kingdom is not of this world, but from another place.

Please explain...

Jesus is truth itself and there would not have been an anterior motive. Jesus is simply telling the truth here. Judas committed suicide shortly after the capture of Jesus. The disciples were always in danger but often were protected by the angels sent by God.

The kingdom Jesus was referring to is having God tell you what, when, and how to do so our life will be blessed and we will be a light to a dying world and have eternity with Jesus. It is called being ruled from on high.
