Okay, there is this guy. He only lives like a mile away from me and I am starting to "crush" on him. How do I tell him?

I wouldn't tell him at first. Get to know him more and see if he seems to "crush" on you as well, but if he doesn't show signs-personally, i would hold off, but if yu tell him-dont freak out if he doesnt return the love-dont freak out-just act cool like it never happened.There are plenty fish in the sea-always remember that-and never give up-love is pain.

well when you see him say hi start up a conversation with him. and then just ask him if he would like to go to the movies or anything else. be straight forward just. in the middle of the conversation tell him that you like him. if he doesn't at least you tried. move on then. good luck.

Look get one of your friends or anyone to see if has an email. Almost everyone has an email. Send him an email talk about anything in general and then sorta put in their about your general feelings for him. This is a great indiscreet way to do this.

Well from a guys point of veiw, you should do what you can to get his attention and then start up a nice conversation with him. later when you have to leave ask for his number and carry on from there

well if u really feel nice, and feel to talk to him then try it out.
since he is staying not far from you, i guess u may get lot many chances for it.
now how, i cannot suggest but keep trying one day it should happen.
