I am still in them now, if that tells you anything.

I prefer to be in my pajamas because they are more comfortable. I get dressed in the morning before I leave the house to run errands, but the minute I get home, my pajamas go back on. If I'm not leaving the house sometimes I just stay comfortable in my pajamas all day.

I am a stay at home mom with a young baby who takes up all my time. But in the mornings, first thing I do as soon as I get out of bed (before picking up my son) is change into regular clothes. I never forget that pajamas were designed for sleep, not for wearing during the day!
Some people don't realize that you can be comfy AND good looking at the same time! Just find the right clothes that fit your properly! It's a lot better to be a cool mom than a sloppy-looking one.
Besides, don't forget you are a role model for your kids. You must take good care of yourself so they learn to take care of themselves!

I don't wear them. But I know what you mean. Sometimes I just grab what I was wearing the night before and come 6pm I'm still wearing it. And I don't even have the excuse of being busy. Both my children are studying away from home and I'm currently between projects (I'm a property developer) so my time is my own.

okay, first of all, I don't know what a day off is, but in any case I change into outside clothes when my son gets up. It just helps me get prepared for the day ahead. If my son decides to sleep in on the weekend which rarely happens but does once in a while I am dressed no later than 9 am

I usually get dressed first thing in the morning as soon as I get up but I have to take my kids to school. I have two in first grade & two in preschool. On the weekends I've been known to be a "bum" occasionally and we ALL wear our pajamas all day. It's FABULOUS! LOL

i raised 4 kids and never stayed in my pajamas. I was always dressed when i came out of my bedroom because there was so much to do. I knew if i didn't get dressed early i may not ever get dressed.

I'm a SAHM, and I have been known to still be in my PJs at 3 in the afternoon. It's 10 am here and I'm still in my gown.
My thinking is that I don't want to dress until I've had a shower, and I don't want to shower until I have finished cleaning. :) You can get pretty dirty cleaning up after 3 kids and a hubby!

lol, sometimes I don't even know that I wore the same pj's three days in a row. I count back the days and I figure that I didn't wash my hair from friday to wedsnday. That's the longest I have been without washing my hair. I can't believe myself sometimes. I wish I could stay in my p.j's forever, but I'm not a kid anymore.

its nearly 3 p.m and I am still not dressed
however, have done the ironing, the dinner and painting with my son and still have the cleaning to do before I think about having a bath (no point having a bath and then getting sweaty)
The latest i've ever stayed in my PJ's is 9.30 p.m - had a bath and then put clean nightie on to go to bed!!!
