It's depending on the age.
under 14 (just "self-service"...) :D
from 14/15 till 18 = enough,but not too much.
from 19 upto 40 = let's really start, but a lot indeed.
till 50 = just a bit less
till 60 -65 = not enough
till 70 -75 = almost nothing
over 75 = we are almost dead (too much work before....!)

Humm..couldn't quite get what you mean...is it 'how much do you love Italian?' (meaning the language), or...'How much do you love Italians?'....Anyway...Answer to the first answer:
Not really, it's basically a noisy, tough language, except when a Tuscanian speaks it: their accent is sooooooooooooooo sexy and smooth;)
Italians? Not really...Generally too noisy, too arrogant, not very polite, with a great sense of humor though;)...Oh, well, I must say there are some good Italians too;)
