If my time allows, then I would just take a nap if I was tired, so this is assuming that I have a lot of stuff to do and don't have the time to sleep.

Any simple stretching will do. It will wake up your muscles, as well as give them a bit of a workout. If It's too early in the morning, do light stretches, and as the day progresses and you are moving more, progress to longer/fuller stretches. If you are chair-bound during the day, just raising your arms or standing up will help also. Drinking water and getting plenty of sleep will do wonders too.

Green Tea is a good source of antioxidants with little caffeine.

Echinacea will help boost your immune system to keep you from feeling the effects of seasonal colds and allergies. But with as all herbal remedies, make sure you consult your doctor if you have any current health problems, as they may complicate/aggravate any conditions.
