i dont know what to get him he says he dont want anything but i have to get something. i am 15 so only have about 40 to spend. does anyone have any suggestions?

ok do this, sit down for a moment take a deep breath, and think of something he needs, now im sure he needs many things, so what you do is try to think on them one by one and choose the one you could afford to buy.
now if you really cannot think of something, heres what you do, think of a good day where you could be together and have a date in exchange for a material gift (we don't know maybe it's your presence that will make him happy?) anyway this does not have to be in restaurant or any expensive place, actually it would be better if you do it somewhere both of you always go. just remember to make everything romantic and happy ......

Get him a gift card to one of his favorite stores. It's just like giving cash but I think it's better. That way he can get what he wants and still add money to his card. It all works out great!

something small. a card. a cd. or look at his room and notice the stuff he has and maybe something that can go along with it.
