I know there is a site where you can print it out for free. I have done it before, but forget the site.

you cant print it out unless you photocopy one from a member. It is possible that if you join online you will recieve the materials. You have to pay to get a points manager.

I don't think you can print it and be able to use it right. Try the weight watchers web site. My mom says that she's had friends ask for a copy of it but you can't take hers apart and if she did the copies wouldn't go together like the real thing.

probably no where, weight watchers has seriously been cracking down on offering their items for free. The number of free sites is practically non-exsistant these days. You can sign up for a trial membership and then cancel it before its over. Download and print as much as you can during the trial.
