Cancer survivor who had a radical prostectimy in 99 and fought off a rising psa with chemo in 2003. Psa was rising very slowly until recently then spiked from 1.4 to 2.9 in a short period of time. I had been on Licopene and Soy but ran out of soy 2 months ago and didn't purchase a refill. Now I have doubled the soy dosage to 1500 mg a day half in the morning and half at night. I have started taking Q-sorb coenzyme Q-10 50mg twio with a meal. What else can I do to fight the rising PSA?

My step father has successfully beaten prostate cancer with a drink called Dr Redds Ginger punch. I know this sounds over simple, however, university tests here in Australia have proved that it kills all 3 types of prostate cancer in invitro testing. We know this works! For more info go to www.drredds.com.au good luck!

Ask your doctor about hormone shots. My dad does the monthly hormone shots and that keeps his levels very well controlled. Since the elevated levels mean the cancer is still active I would opt for the shots in addition to the natural methods you are trying.

Suggest you hunt up an oncologist and discuss your options. If the cancer is localized, radiation may still be an option, otherwise hormones are the likely course.
