1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons cocoa
4 ounces butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
PREPARATION:

Hershey Kiss Peanut Butter Cookies
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
2/3 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup granulated sugar, divided
1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, finely chopped
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
48 foil-wrapped milk chocolate pieces, unwrapped

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Beat butter, peanut butter, 1/3 cup of the granulated sugar and the brown sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla; beat until well blended. Combine flour, peanuts, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well blended after each addition.
SHAPE dough into 48 balls, each about 1 inch in diameter; roll in remaining 1/3 cup granulated sugar. Place, 2 inches apart, on ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE 9 to 10 min. or until lightly browned. Immediately press a chocolate piece into center of each cookie. (Cookie will crack slightly around edge.) Cool on baking sheets 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

now you made me want to make some! lol here's a no bake recipe...it's simple, quick and easy...

2 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup cocoa

1/2 cup sugar (I use cane sugar)

1/4 cup milk (I use condensed or whole milk)

dash salt

1 tsp. pure vanilla

1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter (optional: add more to taste and increase the oatmeal)

1 1/2 cups UNCOOKED oatmeal

Microwave the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 15-30 seconds, until the butter is melted. Add 1/4 cup cocoa and blend until the cocoa is dissolved into the butter.

Add the sugar, milk and salt. Blend well.

Microwave on high for 1 minute 10 seconds to bring to a full boil. (Should you need to microwave the batter some more, do so in 10 second increments.) You want a full boil, but because it will continue to cook for awhile once it's removed from the microwave, heating it too long can cause the mixture to scorch.)

Add the vanilla, peanut butter and oatmeal. Stir well. Drop by tablespoon-full on waxed paper and allow to cool.

Makes 12 cookies.

Here's the recipe that I have. I made them at Thanksgiving and they were a big hit. I got this recipe from Aunt Bee's Mayberry Cookbook. Mr. No Bake Cookies
1/2 cup margarine 1/2 cup peanut butter
4 Tablespoons cocoa 3 cups quick oats
2 cups sugar 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk Pinch salt

In a saucepan combine the margarine, cocoa, sugar, and milk. Bring the mixture to a boil, and boil for 1 minute. Remove from the burner, and the remaining ingredients. Drop from a spoon onto waxed paper.

Makes about 3 dozen. I hope you enjoy them.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup fat-free milk
2 Tb. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tb sugar or artificial sweetener such as Splenda (I use Splenda Baking Mix)
1/4 cup reduced-fat Peanut Butter, creamy or chunky
1 cup oats (uncooked oatmeal)
2 tsp olive oil (or any oil you have on hand)
Directions:

Mix milk, cocoa powder and sugar in a small saucepan over low heat.

Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Add peanut butter and stir into mix until melted.

Stir in oatmeal and oil.

Drop by 16 tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Freeze for at LEAST 4 hours. They are better the next day after you make them.

Yes you eat them frozen! Enjoy!
