Also being a parrot owner one thing I noticed about ours is she tends to learn words that she thinks are cool.
Our gray has a good vocabulary, consisting of also sounds, the phone and cat calling is the ones she likes to do for it gets the attention of us running to the phone or embarrassment from my part if anyone is around our place....She has a long list of words and sounds....
"I love you" is a very cute one she says...
Good luck with your parrot..

Well, some dogs just don't like other dogs. It's sorta like humans, we don't find everyone attractive. You could teach your parrot to say something about sock puppets, but I don't really know of anything cute.

for a lady, i imagine it should be humorous to coach her to communicate like a "cheer chief" style: like, Oh My God!! completely fantastic as if even with! or possibly have her in common words communicate in texting mode: omg, lol, brb, ttyl, what words does she say already? or what sounds does she make simplest?

The parrott; Here kitty, kitty. Let me out!
The dog; maybe he knows something about the female you don't.
Take her to a vet. Or you can try A.I.
