guys can not always ask girls out because they always think the worst will happen i know this for a fact (well at lest for most of the guys i know)

I agree that it seems to me that a guy would ask you out if he really likes you and we've all pondered on this question at some point in time. It's a safe bet that he has his reasons for not doing so. You may never find out the true reason. He may be a loner, he could be getting over a previous breakup, he may realize that he could never fulfill the role in your life that you seek, he could have a long distance girlfriend, and any number of other reasons. Even if he were the shy type, he'd gather the courage to ask you out if he wanted to badly enough. So, my suggestion is to keep on having fun and he will make the first move if the desire is strong enough. Frustrating, isn't it? Good Luck

Its hard to give a good answer to that question without more detail, but there are many many possibilites. Shyness being the most obvious. You must also consider that he may not actually be interested. However, more often than not, guys are a little cautious about asking women out in case they are not reading your signals correctly. So, for example, if you and a guy are good friends and the guy likes you, he may not ask you out as he's unsure if you like him or not and doesn't want to risk straining the friendship in case he's wrong. But hey, this is the 21st century, why not ask him out ?!? Guys do like that sorta thing ye know :)

If he is shy and you are sure he do likes you a lot just start paying him more attantion so to encourige him my ex was in love with me for 3 years and in the end I just show him that I like him to and it is always pleasure to meet him and he just got drunk and invited me for a date. This 3 years he never even call for cristmas even though I made sure he has all my contact details
