coffee is not only bad for your skin, it's also for your heath, it makes you look tired if you drink lots of it.

YES!
Its a diuretic,.. (of course depending on the amount of caffeine in it),.. it dehydrates the skin,.. it looses moist and elasticity,.. besides it causes insomnia,.. wich also make you look older,.. so not really healthy..
