I've never been diagnosed with allergies or anything, but I can't stand it anymore. Running or stuffy or congested, sometimes I'll all dried-up feeling and I'm going nuts.
Anyone know of something I could take or have suggestions on what to do/what it could be?

If you ask me it's definitely allergies. You might have a severe case of hay-fever. Any new trees in round your home?? Any grass cutting going on, flowers in bloom. Could even be a new type of soap used to wash your sheets.
Get some anti allergy tablets. Try them, you've got nothing to loose.
Good luck - I've had hay-fever for a couple of months now. Its horrible!!

I would say it is mostly likely allergies as well. I would suggest an elimination diet, or a modified version of an elimination diet, to see if you can pinpoint the offending food/foods/substance. If it were me, dairy would be the first thing I would take out because dairy products, and foods with dairy in them, cause a lot of congetion and mucous formation in the body. This means you would take dairy products and anything containing dairy out of your diet for several days to see if your symptoms clear up, and then challenge dairy by adding some back in to see if your symptoms return.

Here are some informative links about elimination diets:

How old is your pillow? It might be time to change it. Also, try getting an anti-microbial pillow case and sheets. You could be allergic to dust mites and pillows and beds are usually crawling with the little buggers. You can't see them and they are practically everywhere.
