I like eMule Plus...it's not super-fast, but it's open source software and doesn't come bundled with spyware and viruses like most of the other P2P software.

Limewire is the best because it has the fewest spywares, trojans, and whatnot. It has a huge selection of movies, tv shows, and music. It is also very fast.

P@P is illegal in many countries around the world...first look for the law enforcement agency and find out if it is leagal then you can find plenty of then on the net if you google them...
