If she's running a high fever then she may have the flu, that's what it sounds like to me. It could even be the flu if she's running a low temperature too. If her temperature is normal then she may just have a cold, but that shouldn't give her joint pain. I'd take some ibuprofen for the joint pain and get some robitussin for the sinus problems, she could easily be getting headaches from a sinus infection. If her symptoms get out of hand then she should see a doctor.

A cold can also cause you to have an eye infection, which could also relate to your back aches...but as far as the migraine...possibly not a migraine but a sinus headache?...just guesses
