my grandmother was, god rest her soul...she taught me how to make so many home made things,,,jellies, donuts, baked goods, everything..my mom worked and frankly for some reason the food cooking gene was not pasted on to her...lol
in this busy world we live in not a lot of people take the time to do homecooking...everything has to be made from a box and fast...tho i work,,and care for my kids, i think it is important for them to eat healthy :)

I'll have to say Mom. But that may simply be that my grandmother, mother, and I all had different tastes in food. Grandma was Eastern European and very much an Old World cook- using lots of cabbage(including sauerkraut), potatoes, stews, and soft-cooked veggies. My culinary preferences, on the other hand, are more about salads, pasta, raw or al dente veggies, and savory grilled treats. My mom's prefences were more along that line as well, as it provided more variety. And I have to admit- it's healthful too.

My grandma. She's an amazing cook, she comes from a very rich family who lost their money on times of the Mexican Revolution, so she knows everything from cooking to table settings and correct use of dishes, and flatware. My mom cooks well too but only when we're home, otherwise she buys something for herself to eat.

i will might prefer to declare mom. yet that would in basic terms be that my grandmother, mom, and that i all had diverse tastes in food. Grandma grew to alter into into jap eu and somewhat plenty an previous worldwide cook- employing loads of cabbage(such as sauerkraut), potatoes, stews, and soft-cooked vegetables. My culinary possibilities, at distinctive hand, are extra effective approximately salads, pasta, uncooked or al dente vegetables, and savory grilled treats. My mom's prefences have been extra effective alongside that line as right, because of fact it presented extra effective variety. and that i might prefer to confess- it relatively is healthful too.

My mom learned from my grandma and I learned from both of them.
We are all good cooks.
I guess maybe Grandma is the best, she taught us.

Grandma, I mean Maw-Maw. She taught mom how to cook so naturally she's better. Mom is good though.
