Eat right and Excercise

2006-12-07 00:52:00 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 0 0

Do not eat any fats--no oils, no butter, no dairy, and very little meat. Minimize carbs and make them complex carbs like chose brown rice over white, chose whole grain bread over white, etc. Eat a lot of veggies, broccoli and spinach and carrots. Avoid sugar, avoid booze. Exercise. Any exercise is good but finding a fun sport you like to do is best, then you burn fat and build muscles and don't even think of it as exercise. It could be a lot of things, tennis, surfing, basketball, running, skateboarding, anything. Good luck!

Heres a Safe Wieght Loss. This plan is recommended by a leading doctor.

Start with LA Bomba

a 3 day plan to lose up to 10 pounds.

This is how and why it works

Then as recommended by the doctor follow with a Shapeworks weight management program, for fastest results I recommend the Advanced Protien Plus.

try the lemonade diet or the "master cleanser". It's a fact that you could loose 20lbs in 10 days.......you can find the book at your local bookstore....it's yellow with a green tree on the cover

It's not complicated. Very simple in fact. Sticking with it is the hard part. Eat smart, exercise more. It's more of a lifestyle change then a diet.

My husband lost over 100 pounds by watching and counting his calories and fat intake. He also - rain or shine - walked every day for 40 minutes.

Just make what ever you choose as exercise something you enjoy doing ie walking, jogging, swimming.

Good Luck.

No chips, no sodas, no fast food, no sweets, no foods with a lot of fat including too many nuts. Yes> fruits, vegetables, skim milk, chicken and pork cooked correctly, and popcorn from a hot air popper. You should exercise.
