You need to load the drivers for your camera onto your computer.
Go to your camera manufacturer's website and download the "driver" for your camera model. Make sure to choose the one that is made for your computers operating system (windows XP maybe). Then install the drivers. Then plug the camera into your computer using the usb cable that came with the camera. It should show up as another drive letter on your computer.

yes ,, as you have connect the Camera to the PC the computer is the one that is reading ur camers and u will not see any pictures on the camera ..the screen will go black , and u can see the pictures on the PC ..

go to my computer in the start menu and u should have an icon thats new (other than the c drive and other stuff ur used to seeing) click on that and ur pics are in there
