Who are the best talent agents in Houston?

I've recently moved from Washington state and need a new agent. I'm looking for a commercial agent for on-camera talent. Anyone know which agencies are the best? Which to avoid. I'm non-union, but I am SAG eligible. Any thoughts on the Houston market? Is it mostly union or non-union work? Thank you!

Your old agent should have made a recommendation or tried to help send you along. That's what they're paid to do.

New person in new town. Go where the talent is and ask.

I would be surpised were the market mostly unionized.
