It just means that you can eat the entire egg...not just the white...like some plans recommend. It doesn't matter how it is prepared. Obviously, if you are frying it, use a cooking spray on the pan (or lightly painting oil on the pan with a pastry brush) rather than pouring in oil. You could eat it raw if you want to, but unless you are making it into a nutrition drink, I wouldn't recommend it.

It is an egg that a chicken has produced, but the chicken has not been genetically messed with. Because sometimes they will genetically mess with a chicken so they produce eggs with less cholesterol for example. Go to a farm and buy a couple dozen brown farm eggs, they are the best and that is a whole egg, and completely natural and you will notice a richer better flavor

means yolk plus white part.

you should boil it
i think boil egg is good for health.
yolk makes chicken and white part makes feathers.
i had a knees problem i took boil egg
i felt great
i did not feel weakness nor pain on my knees.
my grandma had diabetes she used to take boil egg.
boil egg is full of energy.
my personal experience.
there are different timings for boiling the egg it depends upon your taste.
some like half boil
some like full boil
i like dull boil.
i boil my egg for about 20 minutes when i see big crack on eggg shell i put it out.

it doesn't mean raw, or cooked specifically, just that you don't seperate the egg white and the yolk, you eat ALL of it.
a lot of crazy diets have JUST egg whites or whatever.
