I have a Durabrand portable DVD player that I got for Christmas last year. Now it will not read the disc and I need to return to Durabrand for a replacement. How do I contact Durabrand (telephone number preferably) to advise them of the situation? I don't have a receipt but there is a stamp on the back of the DVD player that states it was manufactured in September 2005.

Well, I hope you did your paper work and registered the purchase and warranty card with Durabrand, or else your warranty may be void. It depends on what state you live in.

Wal-Mart sells the Durabrand portable DVD player. Go there and ask customer service for the contact info.

Have you done a search for Durabrand's website?
