i just met the man i had (and still have) a crush on. we have an ongoing relationship - which is not one really. i kept seeing him for now almost one year. i am crazy about him. i think he feels the same. we just talked for 2 hours. about problems we faced in the past month.
we just talked and i do miss him!! it's normal, right, that men do just want to meet and talk too..?? i mean, i'm just unsure, because what connects us most is the other part.. :) IS IT IN GENERAL A GOOD SIGN THAT HE WANTED TO JUST SEE ME AND TALK? i know.. stupid question.. but i just wonder.. smile

I'm not sure how normal it is:) But that is a great sign that he did just want to talk. Not all men are scum, just most. You may have found one of the good ones.

Look it is a very good sign that he wanted to have a conversation with you. He likes you very much or he would not confide in you things about himself. Right now he is probably a little shy and is walking the edge testing you out to see if you really like him. Noone talks to anyone for 2 hours just for the fun of it. This guy likes you and it sounds like he is a little unsure of himself. He will find a way to ask you out real soon. He is just a little unsure of himself probably because he may have had a bad experience with a previous relationship. Noone wants to go through that again, so he is really making sure that you are ok and will not play any games with him. Everything will be fine, sooner or later the power of mother nature will take her course.

Did you meet him online, because you said you have been seeing him for a year, but you just met him in person. Either way, yes, I am sure he is not just one of those who wants to get in your pants. Guys can be intellectual and "deep" too. Also, if you two have never seen each other during the year that you talked, then I can totally understand him wanting to see you in person!

it sounds like you make the guy comfortable, which is saying a lot. if a guy can be comfortable enough around you to just sit and talk for 2 fricken hours with nothing else, that's saying A WHOLE LOT!!
I would suggest that you definitely pursue this whole thing (relationship) but not in an overbearing way.
