ok. this is a long 1. i really like this guy. Lets say his name is "cody". okay. Well cody and i are like really close but not so close 2 where if i wanted to date him it would be weird well i went up 2 him yesterday and told him that i really liked him as a freind and like him a little bit more than that. he smiled and was going to say something but the bell rang (which means that we were at school and we would be later for class so we both add to go.) when we got on the bus 2 go home he would not look at me or talk to me. So now i am really confuse i thought he liked at me i really thought he did. I mean he smiled when i told him i don't get whats going on can any of u tell me???

he prolly just got really confused by what you said and shut you off. you prolly overcomplicated things with the way u said it and shoulda just said "i like you... let's give dating a try." kinda thing. since the bell rung he mighta only heard and registered in his brain the first part of what you said... catch my drift? explain it to em and he may understand where ur coming from.

Try again sometimes its' because it worked at the time and the point of which you approached him made him feel really good, but later in the day, it's hard to bust out the courage of showing you care in front of everybody. Just catch him again (but earlier) and mention it to him and see what he has to say. You did awesome for mustering up the courage to approach a guy. Maybe add this that this weekend you are free if he'd like to do something . .that always helps and you'll get your answer for sure. hope this helps. jl

The fact is that your friend is too nervous and shy to advance the conversation. You should approach him and tell him that you surely didn't want to break up your friendship and that you apologize if he felt you to forward.

Hey next time u see him, pull both his ears, look into his eyes and tell him that u love him. and tell him that if he not answering, u will not let his ears off.
