Hands down, the Old Lahaina Luau. I take all of my visitors there. Unfortunately, its also the most expense. I think it runs about $80 per person, but definitely worth it.

Old Lahaina luau in Maui. It is the only one not affiliated with a resort. The Royal Lahaina Luau is pretty good too food wise but not as entertaining. That runs about 55-60 per head whereas Old Lahaina is 80-85.

The Old Lahaina luau is marvelous - set on a beach and they tell you the history of Hawaii through dance and narration. There's a little restaurant next door that makes the absolute best Mai Tai's.
