Im not sure if my sister is actually really sick or just attention seeking.
I love her but in the past, she has pretended to be sick in order to get attention.
She refuses to eat and wont sleep.
She is my twin sister and usually if she is sick , i would get a feeling about it but people in the family has asked me to ignore her.
Im scared she might become really sick if nobody takes care of her. . .what should i do?
Shes 16, and becoming very skinny and pale.

I think that she could be sick. You need to have a sisterly chat with her, find out if she is worried about anything or if she has any problems.

The fact that she is refusing to eat and won't sleep is a sure sign that something is wrong so you need to try and get her to open up to you

Unfortunately when people make things up and are false and lies, then when it becomes a reality. One will be doubted. However, if she is appearing sick, pale and thin, someone needs to seek some professional medical attention to see what is going on with her. I wish you the best. Good luck and God bless****

Has EATING DISORDER popped into your mind? If not then wake up now ! If this is what it is then she needs medical attention and you really should be telling your parents. Try talking to your sister. she needs to know that someone is there for her. Talk to a school counselor if you have to. Do everything you can for her. I hope that everything turns out well.

She is sick but there might not be anything that you can do for her. If you have already talked to your parents then talk to your guidance counselor at school or even the nurse hopefully one of them can help you..............I wish you luck
