really,I couldn't believe it either.4pm in the afternoon out in the open,and to make matters worse....my 12 yr old doughter was home and seen everything God gave this brainless wonder.I already called the police and made a report,and I called fedex and made a complaint.The people from fedex are supposed to call me back.my question is this,..should I sue them?no matter what,I will never get back my little girls innocence,and I can't change the fact that she's embarrassed to the point of tears.she was so scared she actually got down and belly crawled out of the room because she was afraid he would see her.
I am so angry,..I can't begin to put it in words.I don't know if he knew she was there or not.there are no trees in my yard,but he could of concealed himself better if he wanted.Not that it would have made it right, but he was 20 feet from my house faceing it while relieveing his bladder.when he looses his job,I'm sure he will remember our house and will want revenge.what to do?

Your worried about a fed ex guy about revenge S**t if that boy had exposed him self to my daughter like that he would have some problems getting fired or arrested would be the last thing he would have to worry about. Get as much information on the guy name and so on then run a back ground check on him address and all if he bothers you or your family file another police report if he comes after you and the police cannot help you take care of it . If you are not the type farm it out . That will cost you another question for directions on that . Good Luck and God Bless .

Trust me I've had contracts with Fed Ex, UPS, the United States Postal Service etc.....This guy is gone (unless he's someones brother or son etc.) but either way you won't see him again and yeah if he gets fired he'll be pissed and if he comes after you then open up a family size can of whoopass!
Why didn't you beat his @$$ right then and there?

Fedex will probably fire this guy for doing this. I understand your frustration, but filing a law suit over this is so lame.
