I have tried various cat foods for the past few months to stop the vomiting, but nothing works. She now has a big patch of hair missing on her head that is bloody and scabby. It must itch. I am taking her to the vet at 4 today, but I kind of wanted a heads up on what to expect. She also has another little spot under her neck.

She could be allergic to her food. My cat had severe allergies to certain cat foods especially Hills Science Diet which is recommended by Vets however it made my cat throw up, get diarhea, and be somewhat out of it. She can have bad skin allergies too. Good luck & I hope you have a good outcome at your vets today :)

it fairly is an thrilling submit and that i'm afraid to declare i've got not got an excellent answer for you. i latterly accompanied a 5 month previous "specific needs" kitty who became into born with a start mark on his ingredient that have been given scratched and lower back and lower back unfold out from twiddling along with his siblings. I could gown the kitten in previous pairs of socks which I decrease 2 holes into for his legs to flow with the aid of. I got here residing house on Friday night and his "sweater" became into pushed up around his neck and he became into bleeding profusely from his scar. I wiped sparkling him up with Hydrogen Peroxide and geared up him out with a sparkling "sweater". it is not primary for cats (or any animal) to placed on outfits however the vet suggested the exterior there is paper skinny and he will purely save scratching at it. i assume the only genuine approach of protecting their claws faraway from those wounds is to maintain them coated. Sorry I wasn't a lot help!

Vomiting can be caused by hairballs or it can be a food allergy. The sore on her head could also be allergy related. Good Luck!

sounds like possible worms or something for the stomach problem, as far as the head sore, make sure your cat doesn't scratch at it and make it worse. Try to clean it with a little warm water if possible.

There are several things it could be, or a combination of things. Be prepared to ask your vet a LOT of questions.

Good luck.
