look my cousin is trying to help me get healthier and smaller. but the problem is that he is in the navy and is goin to the great lakes for boot camp or basic trainin what ever it is. n e wayz i wanna be smaller and in a smaller size clothes when we go up there to watch him graduate!!!

any and all suggetions will be greatly appreicated

Exercise and healthy foods, should do the trick, I won't say diet because you sound too young and dieting is not advisable for young children. Just stay away from junk food, and exercise as much as you can, go walking also its very good for you. good luck.

Hey, i was 245 pounts last year, and in now 190 and i think im at my ideal weigt (im 6ft 2). I did it without following any diet atall, and just ate sensibly, only eating when i was hungry and not out of bordom or habbit, and then a redicalous ammount of exercise.

HOWEVER that took aboutt a year, if you want quick results i hava diet plan that i was gunna follow from the inertet. Its pretty intense, but! its totaly healthy not like atkins etc. its based round a quite tasty vegitable soup that you make yourself (dont have to buy into some internt crap lol). The only rason i didnt do it is because i play a whole lot of sports and it didnt seem practical for my exeryday life. anway here it is.....

Join a weight watcher or some other meeting and start eating healthier. The accountablilty of going each and every week will help you get to your goal. Doing it yourself you tend to cheat here and there because nobody is looking. They will help you get to your goal, show you how to stay there and with WW when you reach goal and stay within 2 lbs. it's free for life. So, when you have all this accountablity how can you lose?

Exercise

Burn more calories than you eat

Eat fresh fruits and vegetables at least 5 times a day

Eat lean protein like fish, chicken without skin, tofu, soy protein

Avoid fried and processed foods, white sugar and white flour

There is no magic solution. It takes time and work.

The trick will be to eat a lot of fruits and veggies.....raw or steamed. Stay AWAY from fried foods and junk foods. NO sodas, no doughnuts, no chips, no fries, no burgers.

And EXERCIZE!!!

enjoy your life, don't waste your time trying to impress others!!

if you want to live a healthy life, become vegetarian, go join some yoga class.

warning!!!!! don't try to loose your weight quickly. you will face major health problems, later in your life.

stop worrying! start living!
