You can ask her friends or just offer her a day of shopping and you take her wherever she wants to go. OF course that could get expensive. Of coure you could always ask her. If she could only shop at one store which one would it be.

Well how about just asking her directly? You could also be a bit sneakier and say something like "That's a really pretty (sweater, blouse, etc.)." Then she might say "Thank you, I just got it at The Gap yesterday." Then you'd know. Of course she might not say where she got it. Asking her is the best way I can think of to find out.

Haha I'm sure this would be boring for you...but invite her to go to dinner and the mall one day. Also buy her something she has her eye on for Christmas.
