If your asking which is the real god I'd say the god of Abraham Issiac and Jacob, the god followed by the christians and the Jewish alike (minus Jesus)the one god i've ever seen heal the sick and answer prayers if your looking for a religion i'd suggest reading the bible and seeing if your drawn to him. I think you will be though.

People's concept of "God" have been shaped by climate, environment, and tradition. In my studies I have found that the harsher the climate to more strict and authoritative the God(s).
Look at where the religions originated and look at their core practices. Which Religions push strict adherence to the religious laws? You will find there is a correlation.
Now as to which one is best? There is no BEST, there is a path that suits you, all you need to do is find it. Search you head, which religion has core beliefs you agree with? Search you heart, which religion do you feel drawn to? You may find the answer is none.

You are right, there are lots of Gods or is it presumed God's. I would say that choice is yours but I can't you need to figure it out with research on your own.
I would start with a religion that is accepted around the world as having something going on. understand that. Christianity is worldwide (almost) I won't say pick up a Bible and read it. Until you are ready to focus on Christianity, don't, you will get bored as it can be dry reading at times. Read Christian authors, Read about the religion and others.
Beth Moore and Josh McDowell are just two. They give insight and reference to the religion. I attend a Bible Teaching church. One that expects you to be a part of the church family and you learn about the different graces of God. And if you notice your question. "follow a real GOD. Hmm Mohamed....His name was Mohamed, Buddha Hmm his name was Buddha So my choice is that GOD the Christian GOD has one name the others claim and that is GOD. Jesus is his son that was sent to earth to teach and save us from sin. SO there is but one GOD. I view it as the others call themselves GOD. but they have eart names. I could go on for hours. Read for yourself and learn. Don't take anothers view on religion make it your own.
GOD Bless.......Gee I didn't say Buddha Bless did I? Hmmmm

All These different gods are mans interpretation of his/her own beliefs. Follow whats in your heart. Just b/c someone might not agree, doesn't mean your wrong! Remember religion is not the same as GOD, It is a belief system.

There is only one God, and that is the true God. He identifies Himself to mankind through the Scriptures that He delivered to us through His chosen people, the Jews. It may seem confusing but He is a triune God, meaning that He is one God but is in three persons. If that sounds complicated, believe me it is not easy for the human mind to grasp but it is true because that is what the Bible says and it is impossible for the Bible to be wrong or for God to lie to us. God the Father, God the Son (the Lord Jesus Christ) and God the Holy Spirit comprise the God-head and alone are worthy of our worship and devotion. Search the Scriptures, the Old and New Testaments. Here you will find the answers that you are searching for.

In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
So, whomsoever God intends to guide, He expands his bosom for the acceptance of Islam; and whomsoever He intends that he should go astray, He makes his bosom narrow and close, as though he was mounting up into the skies. Thus does God inflict punishment on those who do not believe.

because people are never happy. There is only ONE GOD, the Almight, the same God who told Abraham and Moses and still rules my life, your life, if you let Him do so. Search for Him and will find Him. He is always there when someone really wants to get to know Him.
Good luck and God bless.

The truth is there is only one Almighty God , Allah. Allah had 99 names. Others are man-made God, meaning Gods that are declared by human, but in actual fact they are not, they are just human like you and me.

this isn't a cafeteria, friend. you don't shop around for "the best god". If you are sincerely and truly wanting to know God, the bible says that if you seek Him, you shall find Him.
"Seek ye the Lord while He may be found...let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts and let him return unto the Lord." Isaiah 55: 6,7
But God isn't gained by studying religions or by comparing beliefs. He is gained by humbling yourself, confessing your sins, recognizing that you will never know God unless God Himself reveals Himself to you, etc.
As we call out to Him in sincerity, He comes to us....
But (here's the catch)...you've got to die - die to your own ideas, your own thoughts, your own ambitions, plans, desires...
As we humble ourselves, God has mercy upon us....
god bless
