He really irritates me always repeating "I love u"though I dont and have said to him millions of time but he is madly in love with me and I dont know anything abt him he is not even handsome and keeps on mailing me his last mail said that he's going and wants to meet me 4 the last time?I really dont know y he want to meet me but what should I do Meet him or not?and if he again repeats the same stupid words what should I do?

I don't know what is holding you up. As you say you had already made the matter clear to him about your feelings(or rather the lack of them) there is no charm in prolonging the matter any further.A part of the body if it is painful and cannot be cured has to be amputated.The surgeon is not a cruel one. The surgery may sometimes fail but it is all in the game.Come on put on the handgloves and pick up the scalpel and....

There are various strategies I have worked out to dump a guy
1) Spread a rumour that you are dating a rich guy in town
2) Hire a goon to scare him and tell him to keep away
3) Ask him for a large amount of money as an ultimatum for you two meeting i.e. You can only meet if he has the money
4) change all your contacts and ignore all his attempts to contact him
5) change your schedule so that you cannot 'coincidentally' meet
6) pretend you are high on something and tell him if he ever approaches you, you will do something bad
